How to Plan Chapter Activities

When planning an activity, it first must be planned. If you have a large membership, then you may want to form a committee and appoint a committee chair.  This committee works to plan the event and bring back the plan to the entire chapter for approval before proceding with the project.

 

If you have a large group then the entire chapter will participate in the planning.  You will assign a project chair who oversees the planning and implementation of the project. 

 

For each activity, assign a different leader each time.  This allows all members to learn the responsibility of carrying out a project.
