Rowan-Cabarrus CC - Spring 2013

For the fall semester, we had a successful “coats for the cold drive” and collected over 100 coats, hats, gloves and scarves. These coats were given to the Community Council of Rowan County to help the less fortunate in our community. We have now turned our attention to the spring semester and started the “spring cleaning clothing drive.” We will be collecting all articles of clothing for the warmer months ahead. Please feel free to go through your closet, donate, and drop off in any one of the boxes located on each of the RCCC’s campuses.

We will host a “pancake breakfast” on Saturday, April 20th 2013 from 7:30am-9:30am. The event will take place at FATZ, located in the Afton Ridge Plaza. 6081 Bayfield Parkway Concord, NC 28027. Cost is $7.00 per ticket. A ticket will allow 3 pancakes, sausage, and your choice of beverage. Tickets can be purchased before the event or at the door the day of the event.
