Remember that YOU the members are the association, and it is what YOU make it. Thanks go to the many legends in the NCPBL family who worked diligently to make this association the largest and the best post secondary organization for North Carolina's business-oriented students. Because of you, it is with pride that we tout PHI BETA LAMBDA as a symbol for excellence. Good luck as you enter an exciting NCPBL year. Please call upon your State Executive Council members to assist you as you enter the GATEWAY TO GREATNESS this year.

National Membership Ranking
At the National Fall Leadership Conference membership cut-off date, both PBL and the Professional Division were number 1 in the nation for largest membership. Let's keep those members coming! As of January 9, our top five chapters are: North Carolina Central University, Randolph CC, Rowan-Cabarrus CC, Stanly CC, and Wayne CC. Congratulations to these chapters. Who will end of being the largest chapter this year?
