PUBLICATIONS

Members in NCPBL receive several publications each year. NCPBL issues two newsletters and the State Handbook on an annual basis. The national organization issues three newsletters each year. In an effort to "Go Green," both the state and national publications will be e-mailed to members beginning in 2009. The newsletters will also be available on the state and national Web sites.

If you do not have Microsoft Word, you can download a free "viewer" at www.microsoft.com.
You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF files for free by going to www.adobe.com.
