The Board of Directors consists of 10 members who are in good standing of the North Carolina Phi Beta Lambda Professional Division, and may include faculty advisers of active local chapters of Phi Beta Lambda in North Carolina or professionals actively engaged as professionals in the business community.  The State Adviser of the North Carolina State Chapter of Phi Beta Lambda and the Director of the North Carolina Phi Beta Lambda Professional Division serve as permanent, non-voting members of the Board.  The officers of The NCPBL Foundation are president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.  The NCPBL State Adviser shall serve as a consultant to the president.  All officers must be members of the Board of Directors.  All officers shall be elected for a term of one year and may serve for an indefinite number of terms.
